LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- You have a chance to “fish for a cure” when it comes to fighting cancer. For another year, the William Guy Forbeck Research Foundation will hold its annual Ice Jamboree this Saturday at Lakewood Golf Club in Lake Geneva. Prizes will be awarded for largest and smallest Northern Pike, Bass, and Panfish. It’s a great event for the entire family all while helping a very important cause.
The Jamboree runs from 7:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon on Saturday. There’s a fifty dollar entry fee. You’re asked to pre-register early if you can and bring your own gear. The address of the golf club is W1773 N Bloomfield Rd. We have all the information about this important fundraiser right here.
