MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The American Red Cross is reminding people to stay safe during holiday festivities. The warning comes as the Red Cross is seeing a serious shortage in blood donations. CBS 58 was joined by Wisconsin Region Red Cross CEO Mark Thomas, to talk more about how you can donate.
