Inside Sunflower Thrift and Estate Sale Services
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee housing market continues to shift as the year winds down, and winter can offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
Abby Hauke, vice president of sales and leadership at First Weber Inc., joined us Monday, Dec. 15 to talk about the local housing market. Hauke discussed November home sales trends, current listing availability and whether homebuyers can benefit from shopping in December or January.
She also explained the advantages of listing homes during colder months and offered tips for preparing homes for sale in winter, both inside and out.
