Rain Reports And Another Round On The Way

Here's a list of Some very impressive rain totals from last night and early this morning... Burlington topping the list with nearly 5" of rain!

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect tonight from 7pm through 7am Saturday. This means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding as another round of heavy rain is expected to spread across the area.  There's the potential for an additional 1-2" of rain by Saturday morning.  With all the rain from last night the ground is saturated and will be less able to absorb this next round.

Please be careful overnight for runoff washing over roads or flooding underpasses.  Quick rises on small streams and creeks are also possible.

Skies clear by Saturday afternoon with cooler temps in the 60's for the weekend.
