The zoo was just recognized for its innovation and excellence in the tourism industry. The award honors businesses and people who achieve significant success and make charitable contributions in Wisconsin. Out of eight categories, the zoo won the service excellence award.
If you're looking for something to do with your little ones this spring, go check out what the Racine Zoo is all about.
The zoo's executive director, Beth Heidorn, and the curator of animal care and conservation education, Aszya Summers, both joined CBS 58 on Monday, March 28, 2022 to talk about what type of events you can find coming up.
