Racine Police Searching for Clown Seen Chasing a Person

Racine Police Officers were out near 11th and Peal for reports of two males that are in costumes.
According to police, one is dressed in a clown suit, the other one has some sort of black cloak on.
A sergeant for Racine Police said he was not sure if they made contact with them or not.
