MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Racine police are investigating a crash involving a stroller that happened near 3 Mile Road and Erie Street Tuesday, May 18.
Police responded to the Piggly Wiggly parking lot around 2:36 p.m. and learned that a vehicle had swerved onto the sidewalk area, striking numerous pedestrians.
The injured include a 1-year-old, 2-year-old and two adults.
Police say the 1-year-old child was taken to Froedtert Hospital due to injuries.
The 48-year-old driver was arrested on alcohol-related charges.
An investigation is ongoing.
