RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have identified a 45-year-old man killed in a hit-and-run crash in Racine as Daniel Lockard.
Racine Police believe Lockard was hit by an SUV near Spring and Mertens just after 3:00 a.m. on July 3.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Racine Police Department says a 45-year-old man died following a hit-and-run crash early Wednesday morning.
Police say the man was hit by a car around 3:08 a.m. near Spring and Mertens. The suspect car is believed to be an SUV.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
