RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Charles Hitchcock has been found safe.
RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing man last seen near 18th St. and Racine Avenue early Tuesday morning.
Charles Hitchcock walked away from his residence around midnight on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021.
He is described as a white male, 5' 11" tall and he weighs about 170 pounds.
Hitchcock was last seen wearing a black coat and jeans.
Hitchcock has walked away from his home in the past and become lost.
