Racine & Me: Spring and Summer Youth Camps at the WHS Racine Campus

RACINE, WI (CBS 58) -- Spring and Summer Youth Camps at WHS Racine Registration is open for our upcoming spring and summer camps at the Wisconsin Humane Society, and we are so excited to host your kiddos for these exciting events. Whether your child is interested in becoming a future veterinarian or just simply loves being around animals, we have something for everyone! There are crafts & games, learning about animal care and safety, and of course interacting with some of the adorable furry friends in shelter.

Barks and Blooms Spring Break Camp

One-day camp for kids in grades 1-6. This runs from 9am-3pm and there are two dates available. Each day of camp will offer new experiences, so register for one day or both. · Thursday, April 9 · Friday, April 10

Camp Critter

Kids in grades 1-3 will enjoy a fun-filled week of animal-centered activities. We'll cover topics like animal behavior, safety, training, and more! · July 13-17 · August 10-14

Camp Unleashed

Take camp to the next level with hands-on service projects that make a difference for animals in your community. Camp Unleashed is for kiddos in 4th through 6th grade. · July 6-10 · July 20-24

Junior Veterinary Camp

If your child is in grades 6-9 and has ever wondered what it takes to become a veterinarian; this is the perfect camp for them! They can dive into the exciting world of veterinary science and discover what it takes to become an animal doctor. · August 3-7 These camps fill up fast so make sure to get your child registered as soon as possible.
