Racine & Me: SAVOUR 2025 Garden Gala to Bloom at Wustum Campus
RACINE, WI (CBS 58) -- The Racine Art Museum’s beloved annual fundraiser, SAVOUR, is back with a fresh twist for 2025. This year’s Garden Gala—Cultivating Creativity takes place Saturday, September 27, from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. at RAM’s Wustum campus, 2519 Northwestern Avenue.
The one-of-a-kind event blends the flavors of local cuisine with artwork by exceptional local artists—each drawing inspiration from the other. New this year, acclaimed artists and chefs will collaborate with floral artisans to create a multisensory garden of wonder that delights the eyes, palate, and imagination.
The 2025 theme, cultivating creativity, shines a spotlight on artists who are also educators—studio instructors at RAM’s Wustum Museum, professors at area colleges, and teachers in the Racine Unified School District. The event will also celebrate the blossoming talent of local high school artists and culinary students, featuring them as part of one of the art + food pairings.
Proceeds from SAVOUR support valuable programming at both museum campuses, including RAM on the Road and the SPARK! memory loss engagement program. The fundraiser also directly benefits participating artists and restaurants—artists receive stipends and a share of proceeds from sold works, while restaurants and food vendors are compensated for their time and expenses.
Tickets are available now through September 16 at ramart.org/savour.
