Jacob Kittilstad comes back from his vacation with a vicious summer cold and felt that his illness was making him look bad on camera. Inspired by the sickness, he launched Ugly Mug – a campaign asking people to send their worst coffee mugs to WDJT c/o Racine & Me. The reason behind the effort? Jacob said that he did not want to be the ugliest thing on the program and he’d like to have a stock of ugly mugs ready to use on the show.

Send your mug to: CBS 58 News, C/O Racine & Me, 809 South 60th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53214

Jacob was then joined by the head coach of Park High School’s football team to talk about their inaugural Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. The school has won multiple state titles in its 89-year history – that’s why the new head coach was surprised to learn it did not have a way to honor its former players. Viewers got a rundown of all the alumni scheduled to enter the hall of fame. The public is also able to buy tickets to the upcoming ceremony which includes a silent auction with some big ticket sports and entertainment items.
