RACINE, WI (CBS 58) - Cheryl McCrary performed for us on this week's Ra- Sing & Me! Cheryl provided the following information about herself so you can all get to know her better: 


Cheryl has been happily married to her husband for over 31 years. She is a CD Recording Artist, ambassador, model, church music director and vocal coach. She is the former 2021 Mrs. Wisconsin Royalty International and has also represented other pageants systems including Mrs. Southeastern Wisconsin for America, Mrs. Racine County United States and Wisconsin Fit Mrs. She was honored to receive various plaques and awards including International Spokes Model, International Volunteer, Model Citizen, Mrs. Wisconsin Outstanding Married Woman”, "Mrs. Congeniality" and “People’s Choice”, and help raise over $1,000 for a national charitable organization. Human Trafficking Awareness was her platform throughout her pageant journeys. She desires to continue as a "voice for the voiceless", advocating this growing concern. To embrace love for her community, she enjoys creating care packages filled with non-perishable items, treats and essential needs to bless local families in need, charities/churches, veterans and first responders who are working the front lines. Her musical journey has been featured in the Racine Journal Times, Racine County Eye, Waukesha Freeman, national pageant journals, women magazines & other various periodicals. She has performed & also shared her inspiring testimony as a featured guest on various local & national podcasts, social media platforms, TV & radio programs including W.R.J.N., and CBS 58 Racine & Me. Winning a recording contract launched her career to release several CD’s, along with a National Recording contract that has been offered. She enjoys performing throughout the Midwest as a soloist and vocalist with her band, along with her husband who is their drummer. She has graced the stage opening for various national recording artists. Her musical genera features blends of soulful jazz, standards, love song ballads, holiday favorites, patriotic medleys, country and popular covers! Venues include National and local charities (Veteran’s Outreach of America, American Heart Association, March of Dimes, Relay for Life, Make-A-Wish, American Heart Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall, Wounded Veterans, Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin, Harley Davidson Guardian of the Children, Night to Remember, Outcast Redeemed, Salvation Army, S.C.A.N.(Stop Child Abuse Neglect, National Night Out, Food For Thought Charity, Kiwanis, Senior Olympics), Annual Pancake Breakfast E.A.A.-Experimental Aircraft Association). Other venues include Chocolate Fest, Music & More, Music on the Monument, Pet Fest, Party On the Pavement, Racine County Fair, Racine Zoo, weddings, corporate functions, holiday events, car shows, pageants, churches, fashion shows, homeless shelters and senior communities. For over 16 years she and her husband have built a float and enjoy performing with their band in the Annual Racine 4th Fest Parade, the Annual Rendering Thanksgiving Feast for the past 13 years, and recently as a soloist at the Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin First Annual Winter Banquet. She has also sang the National Anthem for the Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, State Capitol Rotunda, NHRA US National Drag Races, Milwaukee Wave Soccer, Monster Jam, Vietnam Moving Wall, International Demo Derbies/Tractor Pulls/Boat Shows, Veterans outreaches, Miss Wisconsin USA Pageant, Miss Racine Pageant, Ms./Mrs. American Nation pageants and Wisconsin United States pageant, Racine Raiders, Wilmot Raceway, Lighthouse Run/5K Races, Milwaukee Milkmen, charities featuring the Packers and meeting the legendary Reggie White! After submitting her bio & song she was a finalist for the national “We Are Royals, Inc.” Besides modeling for various fashion shows throughout Milwaukee, she was also a model finalist for the New York City Supermodel Unlimited billboard, magazine editorial and the Model Icon finalist to walk the runway in several Chicago Fashion Shows for national designers.
