MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New bodycam video from Racine County shows the end of a high-speed chase from Monday, April 29.
Deputies used spike strips to try and stop the man who was driving over 100 mph on I-94.
The 17-mile chase started in Racine County and didn't end until the car, rolling on shredded tires, hit a median wall near Layton Avenue in Milwaukee County.
Inside was a 27-year-old man, who was driving, his 26-year-old partner and two kids in the back seat. The car also had a collection of drugs, including heroin and cocaine.
Both the man and woman were arrested.
A long list of charges is being prepared for the Racine County District Attorney's Office.
