Racine County Man Arrested on suspicion of Carrying Large Quantities of Heroin

RACINE COUNTY--Charles Brown, 43 of Dolton Illinois has been formally charged with Possess with Intent to distribute heroin and is being held on $100,000 bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Courts.
Brown was arrested on Wednesday March 12th, after deputies from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office after a routine traffic stop on I-94.
The Racine County Sheriff tells CBS 58 that Brown was found with more than 210 grams of gray heroin hidden in his pants.
The confistcated drugs have a street value of more than $31,000.
Brown's preliminary hearing is set for March 19th.
Sheriff’s Investigators learned the heroin was being transported from Chicago to Milwaukee.
