Racine city employee suing for age and race discrimination

A Racine city employee is suing for age and race discrimination.

James Draper, who is African American, says a younger co-worker who was white swore and said disparaging remarks against him.

Draper says his supervisor didn't stop it from happening.

Draper also says when he came back from administrative leave his office was moved to a tool storage cage. He wants compensation for lost wages.
