Protestor alleges brutality after clash at Fire and Police Commission

MILWAUKEE -- Protesters involved in the September 4 Dontre Hamilton demonstration outside a Police and Fire Commission meeting are alleging police brutality. Protesters allege brutality as many pushed and shoved outside a public meeting the group was not allowed to enter.

Police Chief Ed Flynn had to be escorted through the crowd and out of the building by police officers. As officers went through the crowd, Andrea Rick claims everyone being pushed in her direction caused her to fall. She alleges that caused significant bruising to her arm.

Hamilton's mother says she supports the efforts of the members of the Coalition for Justice.
