Portillo's Launches Fast Packs Catering Option

Portillo's, the restaurant brand known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, announces a new catering option for guests: Fast Packs. Available now for pick-up at any Portillo’s location, Fast Pack orders provide 8-24 servings of ready-to-eat sandwiches, salads, and sides.  

Fast Pack menu options include Portillo’s favorite sandwiches prepared plain and packaged with toppings on the side. Sandwiches are available in orders of eight, highlights include:

• Hot Dogs on poppy seed buns, served plain with all condiments needed for a Chicago-style dog: mustard, relish, celery salt, freshly chopped onions, sliced red ripe tomatoes, kosher pickle, and sport peppers
• Italian Beef and Italian Sausages Sandwiches, served on French bread and Portillo’s homemade gravy for creating the perfect “dip” (Makes 16 half-sandwiches)
• Hamburger, Cheeseburger, and Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwiches served with toppings on the side: mayo, crisp lettuce, red ripe tomato slices, sliced red onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard

Guests can also order small and large orders of the Chopped Salad, and Caesar Salad; and side orders of Cole Slaw and Redskin Potato Salad. For a sweet finale, customers can also order a whole Portillo’s Chocolate Cake as a Fast Pack offering.
