Port Washington Police find surprise at base of flag pole

Port Washington, WIS. (CBS 58) -- The Port Washington Police Department noticed something special Monday morning.

As they were lowering their flag in remembrance of 9/11, they came across a painted rock at the base of the flag pole.

The rock contained a painted flag with a blue line which shows support of the police. Written on the rock was the message "stay strong."

Police would like to thank whoever painted it and left it for them.
