Update: Authorities locate 'critical missing' Milwaukee man

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Authorities tell CBS 58, Carlos Londono-Torres has been located.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department reportedly found Londono-Torres walking on the southbound on-ramp at I-43 and Hampton Avenue.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a critical missing Milwaukee man.

Authorities say Carlos Londono-Torres ran away from his home near 38th and Lloyd Tuesday at 6 p.m.

He is 58-years-old and has trouble communicating due to a brain injury.

Carlos is described as 5'6" tall with a thin build, short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen with a white towel around his neck, a black T-shirt, blue jeans and red and black shoes.
