Police seek armed robbery suspect who targeted sweet shop in Racine

Racine Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at Your Mini Sweet Shop on Memorial Drive.

The suspect entered the store around 8:00 PM Saturday, pointed a handgun at the store clerk and demanded money from the register.

The clerk gave the suspect an unknown amount of cash and the suspect fled the store.

There is no suspect description available at this time.

Investigators conducted a neighborhood canvas and are following up on leads.
