Milwaukee police respond to 2 separate shootings in 2-minute span early Saturday morning

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating two separate non-fatal shootings that occurred in a two-minute span early Saturday morning, Nov. 27.

Police report that the first non-fatal shooting happened near 107th and Heather around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Authorities say that the victim, a 34-year-old Milwaukee man was transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive.

Milwaukee police reportedly continue to seek unknown suspects.

Officials say that the second non-fatal shooting occurred near 27th and Burleigh at approximately 1:32 a.m.

Milwaukee police report that the victim, a 17-year-old Milwaukee man, was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.

Police say they continue to seek unknown suspects.
