Police identify man killed in fatal Oak Creek crash

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police in Oak Creek have identified a man killed in a crash on July 18 as Thomas Stehling of Cudahy.

Police say he was waiting for pedestrians to cross the road when he got hit from behind by another driver, causing his car to flip over.

Officials say the driver who hit Stehling was trying to change lanes when the crash happened.

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say one person is dead after a car accident Thursday evening.

Oak Creek Police responded to a three vehicle accident near Howell Ave. and Ryan Rd. around 4:02 p.m.

Authorities have not released any further information at this time. 

State Patrol is helping in the investigation.
