Police investigate Sunday night shooting on Milwaukee’s north side

A 36-year-old man was shot around 9 PM Sunday on Milwaukee’s north side.   According to the Milwaukee Police, the shooting happened at N 44^th and West Burleigh Streets.  The Police say the man received a non-life threatening wound and is being treated at a local hospital.  He is expected to survive.   The MPD is investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
