BURLINGTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say a Burlington resident woke up to a stranger standing in their bedroom on Jan. 1.
According to police, the resident was alerted to the intruder when their dogs barked and woke them up.
Officials say the suspect left when the resident asked them to do so. Police said the suspect was apologetic but his actions are unknown.
