Police: 40-year-old Milwaukee man fatally shot near 47th and Center

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police are investigating the homicide of a 40-year-old Milwaukee man Thursday, Sept. 24.
Officials say it happened near 47th and Center around 7:22 p.m.
The victim was shot during circumstances that remain under investigation.
Police say he presented himself at a local hospital before succumbing to his injuries.
