Police: 34-year-old Milwaukee man shot near 17th and National

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday, Dec. 18, near 17th and National.

Authorities report the shooting happened at approximately 11:11 p.m. Saturday.

Police say the victim, a 34-year-old Milwaukee man, sustained a non-fatal injury in the shooting.

Reports show the victim arrived at a local hospital for treatment of his injury.

Milwaukee police say the shooting appears self-inflicted.
