Pillowcase Challenge

Piece together colorful fabric to machine-sew pillowcases for a local charity that serves families. This project is inspired by the “1 Million Pillowcase Challenge by American Patchwork & Quilting. For grades 2 and up. Children may sign up along with their parents to sew as many pillowcases as possible in 2 hours. If child is attending alone, a parent will need to sign a permission slip. Participants are encouraged to bring their own sewing machine.

Pillowcase Challenge is free for Family Members of the Museum. Fee for non-member children is $4, and $6 for non-member adults.
