WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An employee of a McDonald's restaurant in Pewaukee on release from the Waukesha County Huber Facility is being accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old coworker.

Rodheem Lee, 25, of Waukesha, is charged with sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age and attempted child enticement.

According to the complaint, a supervisor at McDonald's told police a 15-year-old employee reported that Lee had been making inappropriate comments and sexual advances toward her between May 25 and June 25.

When police interviewed the teen, she explained four instances in which Lee had made multiple inappropriate comments to her while at work. She also told police that during two of those incidents, Lee had grabbed and squeezed her buttocks which made her feel uncomfortable.

If convicted on both charges, Lee could spend up to 65 years in prison and owe thousands of dollars in fines.
