Person injured by flying glass as shots are fired into vehicle

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- Early Sunday morning, Milwaukee Police responded to a report of shots fired at a vehicle.  The incident happened around 1:40 AM  in the area of N 92^nd Street and W Birch Avenue.   While not struck by the bullet, the person in the vehicle was injured by broken window glass.   The injuries are considered non-life threatening and the victim was not taken by emergency personnel to the hospital.   As of yet there are no suspects in the incident.
