Person in critical condition after car hits pole near 6th and Pierce

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A person is in critical condition after a car crashed into a pole near 6th and Pierce.

Authorities say they were called to the area shortly after midnight.

The driver told police she got into an argument with her ex-girlfriend over property. The suspect then intentionally struck the victim’s car, sending it into a utility pole.

MFD used the jaws of life to get the victim out of the car. She was taken to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.
