Pedestrian Struck and Killed on I-43 near Sheboygan

A pedestrian walking along I-43 near Sheboygan was struck and killed early this morning. According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred just south of State Highway 28 in the Town of Wilson around 12:45 AM, when a van, northbound on I-43 struck the pedestrian. The unidentified individual died as a result of the collision. The van was being driven by a 47-year-old man from Sheboygan. The SCSO reports that foul play is not suspected in this accident.
