Partner of fallen Milwaukee Police Officer Michael Michalski posts moving tribute

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The partner of the Milwaukee police officer shot and killed in the line of duty posted a moving tribute the day before his funeral. 

Stef Lynne posted a picture of herself with Officer Michael Michalski with an extended message saying she misses her partner and she's sad for his family and friends. She also said she was "Happy that you ingrained in me to slow down and think of family first, happy for all of the great times we were able to have together that I can look back on, and blessed to have had the conversation with you where we witnessed our shared faith in God with one another."

She also said the picture that she posted was taken just last week and she will cherish it always. 

Officer Michalski's funeral will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Oak Creek Assembly of God. A procession will follow the service as Officer Michalski is taken to his final resting place at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield.
