Parking at the Wisconsin State Fair

There are parking concerns this year for the Wisconsin State Fair, considering the construction in and around the neighborhoods in West Allis.

Residents look forward to making some cash during the fair by turning their yards into mini lots.

It's something that's been going on for years.

But in recent months, CBS 58 News has done several reports on higher curbs that could hinder fair goers from taking advantage of this homegrown industry.

Paid Parking on fair property is on a first come, first serve basis.

For safety reasons, only right hand turns are allowed on 84th Street and Greenfield Avenue.

There a new $5 parking lot for motorcycles at Gate One on South 79TH Street.

You can also grab a free first Uber ride to the fair!
