Parish in Waukesha Create Sleeping Bags for Homeless

A Waukesha ministry is putting its talents to work making sure those in need stay warm this winter.

For the past 10 years, volunteers at St. John Neumann Parish in Waukesha have been using donated materials to make sleeping bags and lap quilts for the homeless.

Church volunteers say nothing donated goes to waste.

Fabric scraps left over from the sleeping bags are donated to the Humane Animal Welfare Society in Waukesha.
