Paramore announces tour stop in Milwaukee at Fiserv Forum

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Grammy-nominated rock band Paramore has added a new date to their "Paramore in North America" tour, announcing a concert in at Fiserv Forum on August 1.

Paramore debuted in 2005 with their album "All We Know Is Falling," which reached number four on the UK Rock Chart in 2009 and number 30 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart in 2006. The band's second album, "Riot!," went Platinum in the United States and they received a Best New Artist nomination at the 2008 Grammy Awards.

Their 2009 follow-up, "Brand New Eyes," achieved the band's second-highest-charting album, landing at number two on the Billboard 200. After several lineup changes, Paramore released their self-titled fourth album in 2013, earning them their first number one on the US Billboard 200 and a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song.

Their fifth studio album, "After Laughter," was released in 2017 to critical acclaim. The band's most recent album, "This Is Why," was released this past February.

The band will be joined by FOALS and The Linda Lindas.

FOALS, hailing from England, have released seven studio albums and have performed at famous festivals such as Glastonbury, Coachella and Roskilde.

The Linda Lindas are an all-girl rock group from Los Angeles who released their debut full-length album, "Growing Up," in April 2022. Their song "Racist, Sexist Boy" was nominated for Best Song at the 2022 Kerrang! Awards.

Tickets will be available to the general public for purchase starting Friday, April 7 at 10 a.m. at FiservForum.com.
