Packers Announce Rookie Reporter Winners

The Green Bay Packers and Edvest announced the winners of the “Rookie Reporter” contest, awarding six Wisconsin children the opportunity to be a Packers “Rookie Reporter” during the 2016 NFL season.
The winners also received a $1,000 Edvest 529 college savings account, four tickets to a 2016 regular season Packers home game and autographed merchandise.
As a Packers “Rookie Reporter” each winning child had an opportunity to interview a Packers player, and the first interview video will be aired in-stadium and on Packers.com beginning this week. The remaining winners’ videos will be aired in-stadium and posted on packers.com throughout the season.
Below are the winners:
- Madeline Burton of Hartland, WI interviewed Randall Cobb. The interview was posted on Packers.com on Friday, September 23 and will air in-stadium during the Packers-Lions game on September 25.
- Kieran Stewart of Oconomowoc, WI interviewed Jordy Nelson. The interview will be posted on Packers.com on Friday, October 7 and will air-in stadium during the Packers-Giants game on October 9.
- Lucas Banker of New Berlin, WI interviewed Mason Crosby. The interview will be posted on Packers.com on Friday, October 14 and will air in-stadium during the Packers-Cowboys game on October 16.
- Logan Des Lauries interviewed Morgan Burnett. The interview will be posted on Packers.com on Friday, October 21, and will air in-stadium during the Packers-Bears game on October 20.
- Rachel Van Hefty of De Pere, WI interviewed Micah Hyde. The interview will be posted on Packers.com on Friday, December 2, and will air in-stadium during the Packers-Texans game on December 4.
- Riley Tambingson of Manitowoc, WI interviewed Eddie Lacy. The interview will be posted on Packers.com on Friday, December 9, and will air in-stadium during the Packers-Seahawks game on December 11.
