The new brewery, taproom and restaurant is located in a former German Methodist Church on 10th and Juneau built in 1874 that Pabst bought just before 1900. A ceremony featuring a ribbon cutting, keg tapping and toast begins at 6 PM Wednesday night.
The Pabst Milwaukee Brewery opens to the public this Friday April 14th.
