MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A shooting on Brady Street early Monday, June 20, left a 31-year-old Milwaukee man dead.
Police were called out near N. Cass St. and E. Brady St. around 2:18 a.m. -- right outside the restaurant Casablanca.
Police say the shooting was a result of an argument. Harry Dixson was killed.
A 34-year-old man was arrested in connection. Charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
Family tells CBS 58 Dixson went to Casablanca on the regular. His sister and nephew say Dixson just started his own nonprofit so his death is shocking.
"To have him laying out here at two in the morning...you wouldn't think that...to have that phone call come through you was not expecting that," said Carol Office and Sedan Smith, family members.
Casablanca will be closed Monday. A vigil will be held outside to remember Dixson.
