Oriental Shredded Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. (16 oz) shredded cabbage
1 whole cucumber, peeled and shredded
1 whole carrot, peeled and shredded
3 whole scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup Oriental salad dressing, more if desired
1 whole head bibb lettuce, leaves separated and washed
1 bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
Combine all the shredded vegetables and toss with dressing.Line a platter or salad bowl with lettuce leaves, and fill with shredded vegetable mixture. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds and chopped fresh cilantro, and serve.
