Opioid Task Force Being Explored in Milwaukee

Milwaukee city and county leaders are exploring the creation of an opioid task force in Milwaukee.

The public safety committee adopted a resolution to create a heroin and opioid task force with the goal of reducing the number of drug related deaths throughout the community.

While the task force was approved unanimously this morning, it still needs to  pass in common council later this month.
