Online bidding ends Thursday for The Shops of Grand Avenue

Downtown Milwaukee's Shops of Grand Avenue is on the auction block.
Online bidding began Tuesday with a starting bid of $4.75 million. Bids close Thursday at 2 p.m.
The property consists of four buildings and the sale includes the six-story parking structure, with a total property square footage of nearly 293,600.
Shops of Grand Avenue was 91% occupied as of August 31, according to auction.com.
