MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Travelers can now visit three additional cities when flying from Mitchell International Airport.
OneJet Airlines has expanded its service to include flights to Columbus, Omaha, and Pittsburgh.
One Jet says the new flights are two years in the making and the airline could add flights to other mid-sized cities in the future.
"OneJet has found a way with a unique service to put non stop service into those markets and make an important contribution to the air traffic community," says former CEO of Midwest Airlines Tim Hoeksema.
The new flights are expected to add up to 50 jobs at the airport within the next six months.
OneJet now has 60 non-stop flights to and from Milwaukee each week.
To buy tickets, please go to www.onejet.com. For a full list of cities visit www.mitchellairport.com.
