MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)---If it's going to heat up, it might as well be as we head into the start of summer. The new season officially starts at 9:42 PM on Friday. In the meantime, look for daytime readings to increase into the 80s to start a new work week, take a slight dip for the middle of the week, and then rebound nicely into the first weekend of summer. In the meantime, expect one more day of the 60s lakeside on Father's Day. It should be quiet for dear ol' dad too. The weather doesn't get active until later Tuesday and Wednesday. Some of the storms could be strong. Hopefully we dry out for the start of Summerfest on Thursday along with Juneteenth festivities.
