It's been a gorgeous day in southeast Wisconsin with plenty of sunshine and temps in the 60s! This is our first day we've been close to normal in a week. Tomorrow will be near normal again (60°), but temps will be much warmer inland due to an east wind and thinner cloud cover. Clouds will be thicker from Milwaukee to Kenosha as a low pressure system tracks through the Ohio Valley.

Unfortunately, this will be our warmest day for about a week as another stagnant low pressure system sits and spins over the Great Lakes region Saturday through Tuesday. This will keep plenty of clouds and off and on rain showers in the region through this period, holding temps in the upper 40s to low 50s.

A band of rain looks likely ahead of a cold front Saturday morning. Additional spotty showers are possible later afternoon into the evening as the low pressure strengthens on top of us.

Numerous spotty showers will likely pop up Sunday and Monday. We can't rule out some snowflakes or snow pellets mixing in at times either. The low will slowly pull away on Tuesday, but isolated showers may still be around to start the day.

After a break from the rain on Wednesday, we could see additional showers move back in as early as Thursday night. Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather App for the full forecast.
