MILWAUKEE (CBS) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal double shooting on the city's north side.
According to police, two men were shot near N. 75th St. and W. Carmen Ave. around 10:35 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19.
A 55-year-old Milwaukee man was killed. The second victim, a 44-year-old Milwaukee man, was treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital.
Preliminary investigation shows there was an altercation leading up to the shooting. MPD continues to investigate.
