One Dead After Friday Night Wrong Way Accident

The Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred  at 3345 N. Teutonia at 9:50 PM on November 13. The victim, a 50-year-old male from Milwaukee was observed operating a black 2000 Lincoln 4-door car at a high rate of speed northbound in the southbound lane when it collided with a southbound vehicle.

The southbound vehicle, a silver 2003 Chrysler 300 was being driven by a 35-year-old male and was occupied by two female passengers ages 35 and 39. The 35-year-old female resides in Chicago, the others are from Milwaukee.

The lone occupant of the Lincoln died on scene despite life saving efforts of the Milwaukee Fire Department. The occupants of the Chrysler 300 suffered what are believed to be non life threatening injuries and are currently being treated at a local hospital.

The events that led up to this accident remain under investigation.
