One adult, one child critically injured in Mequon crash

 One adult and one child have been taken by Flight for Life after being involved in a rollover crash in Mequon.

The crash happened shortly before 4 p.m. near the intersection of Wasaukee & Highland streets. Germantown police, who also reported to the scene, say that the van the two people were in rolled over into a ditch and the two victims were removed from the vehicle by bystanders. Paramedics treated the adult and child on scene before they were transported via air to the hospital.

That intersection will be closed for some time as crews reconstruct the accident.
