Officials: Son accused of fatally shooting man involved in physical fight with mother

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is dead after a domestic violence-related incident led to a shooting, according to Milwaukee police.
The man killed has been identified by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office as 53-year-old Brian Johnson.
The shooting happened around 3:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4, near 64th and Mill Road.
According to the medical examiner's office, Johnson was involved in a physical fight with his wife when the woman's son allegedly shot him.
Police confirm a suspect is in custody.
