OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Oak Creek High School is taking action after a student received an anonymous, racially insensitive threat.
The student was given note on Monday, December 17 which read, "I will kill your back ***. Leave. Leave."
In a press release, the school says it is working with police to investigate the threat.
"Please know that the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District will not tolerate threats or harassment. The District has a strong student harassment and bullying policy in place which requires thorough investigation and proactive actions to be taken to eliminate such conduct," said Tim Culver, the superintendent.
The school district and Oak Creek Police are investigating the incident.
